Customer SAFETY

Our no. 1 policy is that we do not perform swab tests for sick patients. We only provide our services to healthy individuals who require pre-departure and pre-event testing. For the safety of other appointment holders and our staff, please reschedule your booking and do not come if you are feeling unwell. We advise you to visit your nearest doctor to seek treatment. 

Also, please maintain safe distancing in our premises as directed by our staff as they look out for your safety and of others. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


For pre-departure swab test appointments, please ensure you check your flight details and time frame required for each test needed. The entry requirements for each destination are subjected to changes as the COVID-19 pandemic situation evolves. We strongly advise that individuals check for the latest requirements with the relevant authority for their destinations.

You will be liable for your own decisions regarding flight timings and swab test timings. It is your responsibility to find out what time you have to take the test as regulations for each country changes from time to time. If you are unsure, please check with your respective airlines or embassy for the latest requirements. 


Each swabbing area will be enclosed for safe distancing from others as well as for your privacy. 


We only ask that you respect our staff as they work hard to provide our healthcare services to you. Do be patient with us if and when there is a longer than expected waiting time which rarely happens. Do give us feedback from time to time to improve and/or just to give our staff an encouragement for doing a good job. Thank you for appreciating our services!
